When we struggle to say no to situations and people that don’t light us up, we can easily find ourselves feeling resentful. In this workshop, you will tune in to this boundary and explore your current practice. A series of journalling prompts will help you understand the importance of this boundary from a holistic perspective, exploring your biggest struggles in this area, and assisting you to choose the change that you would like to see. By the end of the workshop, you will have:
- a statement of intention for this boundary that is aligned with your values and vision
- an empowered plan for taking action to implement this boundary in your business, and
- a strategic understanding of the support systems you need to apply this boundary consistently.
