My biggest worry was that the terms and conditions and the privacy would be confusing for me. I had previous experiences where it was confusing and I didn’t make any progress. Also I am not working in a field where there has been a lot of experience of other colleagues I can draw on so I often feel nervous. The worksheet made it easy. Michelle was patient and detailed and didn’t give up easily. Those are qualities I admire. She helped clarify my policies even further after more thought. I appreciated this attention to detail, this live-it breathe-it biz owner style.
