I originally purchased the Website T&Cs DIY pack which was a great entry point. The template with questions and examples of answers gave a good insight into the ethical side of running a business, though I wanted more help, so I upgraded to VIP with ease and found Michelle's approach grounded and realistic. She is amazing at asking the right questions to help build the foundations of your business and express them with clarity within your T&C's. The whole process from start to final draft was a smooth transaction with gentle little check-ins during the process which I appreciated. I look forward to working more with Michelle as my business evolves.
