I was worried that the Trademarking process would be expensive, but Michelle was transparent and clear about the cost. My biggest concern was there would be additional costs we couldn’t predict, and although there can be no guarantees on that front, Michelle had taken into account the need for standard amendments and letters into her quote, and she talked me through even the smallest deviations until I was clear and felt comfortable with my decisions.   

 

I seriously considered doing the application myself, but getting support from someone familiar with the Trademarking process made it a ‘no-brainer’ decision. I don’t have time to do everything I *can* do, and I definitely don’t have time to educate myself about processes that protect my intellectual property and are vital for the long term sustainability of my business. 

 

I highly recommend Michelle because she holds high standards of professional accountability as well as being relaxed and easy to work with. I was particularly impressed when she attended to matters outside of her usual business hours when necessary because the Trademarking process has strict response times.
