My biggest worry with my DIY Pack was that I might have done it all wrong and would have to start again! Instead I got reassuring feedback and got to clarify something I was unsure about, so that I could actually finish the thing.

I loved the template and examples, and that all I had to do was fill in the gaps. I also liked that Michelle pestered me by email to make sure I had finished!

I have already recommended Michelle's services - because this way it gets done properly the first time around and covers both the business and the client

Definitely worth the investment for the peace of knowing it's been done properly.
