When I found Michelle I was stressing about the wording of my terms & conditions page worried that I’d miss a lot or that I’d put too much. I didn’t know what to expect about my consultation with Michelle but I thought it would be a lot more complicated than it was. I did expect the format of the terms & conditions to be a lot more complex and with legal jargon. In reality, Michelle made it very simple to understand, write and implement on my business page. I’d recommend anyone starting up in business who wants to include terms & conditions on their page to discuss it with Michelle. She keeps you on the ground, keeps the process uncomplicated and soon will stop you worrying about what and how to write what you need.
