Before coming across Michelle's DIY legal docs I felt overwhelmed and confused by my Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. I had no idea what to include and kept putting them in the too hard basket. That all changed when I learnt of how simple they could be using Michelle's DIY templates. They took all of the guesswork out of it and told me exactly what to say and how to say it.
