I wasn't really worried about working with Michelle at all, just excited. I loved the DIY template as it gave me confidence to develop my own content and a really clear format and structure for laying this out.

I just feel so secure and safe with a very clear set of terms, conditions and expectations, and I know my clients have really loved having this laid out too, not only does it look professional but we are both very clear about where we stand and what our expectations are of one another

Do it, it is worth every penny.
