I am usually very daunted by anything legal.  I worry that I’m not going to cover every aspect that needs to be covered, or understand it.  I purchased Michelle’s DIY pack for my Terms & Conditions.  I admit that I resisted at first… but once I sat down to fill it in, it was fairly straightforward.  Although, I was very thankful for Michelle’s training session to run through any issues that I was having with it.  She is a lovely person, easy to talk to, and able to convey terms in a way that anyone may understand…. unlike some other lawyers that I have spoken to.  If anyone is concerned about the format & detail of their privacy policy and terms & conditions for their website, or needs them created from scratch, I highly recommend contacting Michelle. It is easy to see how much work has been put into creating these DIY packs, I believe it is great value for money. It is also very convenient that I am able to go in and amend easily if I make any changes to my business.  Thank you Michelle!
