What I loved about Michelle’s services is that she gave me the perfect framework to obtain the end documents that I was looking for. She was so comprehensive and the process really forced me to look at my business procedures and review things as I worked my way through each of them: Privacy Policy; Terms & Conditions; Service agreement etc. Michelle ensured I was answerable to her when I really just wanted to hide in a hole and avoid the whole process, as that meant I had to change things!!
Thank goodness I persevered and now I feel confident that I am abreast of things in my business in general and most of all I have these docs ready to link to my new website. Now I can get on with what I do best and not be dragging a load of ‘stuff’ to be done on my business. Thanks Michelle.
