What drew me to Michelle’s legal services and DIY packs was her conscious and intentional approach, as well as her open & straightforward personality. I was a little worried that I might not have enough knowledge about legal jargon to effectively complete the DIY Terms & Conditions pack on my own, but this was not the case! There is a clear emphasis on writing in terms that feel natural and accurate for you, which I loved and put me at ease. The questions provided were detailed and clear, and I felt supported throughout the process (even by the document).
I particularly loved the calm and supportive approach to the documents to quell any worries of beginners like me. I also loved the additional accountability session, and follow-up emails to make sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions or concerns. Again, it made me feel very supported throughout an unfamiliar process.
For me, as someone who has only recently started as a sole trader, the idea of having to drop large amounts of money on fees for terms and conditions to be written up for me wasn’t appealing or in my best interests at this point in my business.
