I was a bit skeptical and concerned that somehow this wouldn’t work for me – but I was very pleasantly surprised. I came away from our initial call inspired and looking forward to setting up various Client Service Agreements. Clarity is Kindness.  Goodness me! I went from risk-averse and lawyer shy to seeing the real-world benefit of contracts. Now I feel like I can go out into the world and shine my light knowing I am protected as much as possible. It’s given me an anchor and wings to fly. Michelle explained it’s all in how it’s worded. She is brilliant! I look forward to working with her in the future.
